1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FutureMinds.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must review and accept these terms on your behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

FutureMinds.ai provides an online platform for international academic olympiad assessments in STEM subjects for students in Grades 1–12. Services include: exam registration and delivery, AI-powered performance reports, digital certificates, global leaderboards, and school partnership tools.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 7 years old to use the Platform
• Students under 13 require verifiable parental consent
• School accounts must be created by an authorised representative
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. FutureMinds.ai is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to your failure to secure your credentials.

5. Exam Rules and Academic Integrity

• All exam submissions must represent your own independent work
• Use of unauthorised aids, collaboration, or cheating is strictly prohibited
• We reserve the right to invalidate results and suspend accounts where academic dishonesty is detected
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute exam questions is prohibited
• Results are final once submitted; appeals must be submitted within 14 days

6. Payments and Refunds

Exam registration fees are non-refundable once an exam has been accessed. If a technical error on our part prevents exam completion, we will offer a full refund or re-attempt at our discretion. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; their terms also apply.

7. Certificates and Intellectual Property

Certificates issued by FutureMinds.ai are the intellectual property of FutureMinds Education Pvt. Ltd. You may share your certificate for personal, educational, or professional purposes. You may not alter, forge, or misrepresent certificates. All platform content, including exam questions, reports, and branding, is protected by copyright.

8. Leaderboards and Public Data

By participating in olympiads, you consent to your anonymised rank, score, and school name appearing on public leaderboards. Full names are partially anonymised (e.g., "A**** M.") by default. You may request full removal from public leaderboards by contacting support.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or overload the Platform
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
• Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction
• Uploading malicious code or content
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FutureMinds.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, though certificates already issued remain valid.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India, without prejudice to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
